Mr Lee Wilson – Executive Head
Lee is an experienced international school leader with a career spanning the UK, Kazakhstan, Singapore, Japan, UAE, and Uganda. He has held leadership roles across a range of curricula, including the English National Curriculum, International Baccalaureate, and hybrid models, with a strong track record in driving school improvement and fostering high-performance learning cultures.
Holding a Master’s in Education and the UK’s National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH), Lee is committed to ongoing professional growth and is currently undertaking an MBA. He brings to Northfields a passion for building inclusive, high-achieving school communities, a deep belief in the power of great teaching, and a wealth of experience in leading diverse teams.
